Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old at a business in the 1900 block of West Harvard Avenue, after he allegedly punched one of the No Trespassing signs in the parking lot. The man reportedly hit the sign hard enough that it broke off the post it was attached to.

The man was detained without issue. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and was released on the scene.
