Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. staff at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway called dispatch and said the 30-year-old from Myrtle Creek was refusing to leave after being discharged. Officers spoke to the man who reportedly continued to refuse to leave after being asked to numerous times. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
