The town of Elkton will host the 14th annual Elkton Art & Wine Weekend taking place Friday through Sunday, November 29th through December 1st.

A release from Elkton Community Education Center said the event offers a unique opportunity to experience the community’s artistic and viticultural talents while taking in the beautiful landscapes that surround the area.

Visitors will find a variety of handmade gifts from talented local artisans, many of whom will also showcase their work at local wineries and businesses. ECEC will also feature a variety of artisans, an art installation, gift shop, and café.

While shopping, attendees can enjoy tastings at renowned local wineries, including Bradley Vineyards, Brandborg Winery, River’s Edge Winery and Lexeme Wine available at Farm Pickins, and more.

Visitors should start their tour at ECEC on Highway 38 just west of downtown Elkton, to pick up an event passport. The passport will guide people through the weekend’s activities, which include studio tours, wine tastings, and shopping opportunities. Visitors who collect five or more stamps in their passport can enter to win a raffle basket filled with wine and unique gifts from local merchants.

The event is free. Passports are also available at participating businesses or can be downloaded online at: https://elktonbutterflies.com/event/14th-annual-elkton-art-wine-weekend/
