Sutherlin Police jailed a man for a business trespass incident early Sunday.

An SPD report said just after 4:20 a.m. 21-year-old Bradly Carter was at a business in the 1300 block of West Central Avenue, despite being previously trespassed several times. Carter allegedly left garbage outside the business was reportedly yelling at customer.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, offensive littering and a parole violation. Carter was detained without bail.
