ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR INVASION OF PERSONAL PRIVACY

Roseburg Police jailed a man on the first-degree charge of invasion of personal property on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 6:00 p.m. 26-year-old Dyllan Neiko of Myrtle Creek was contacted after he allegedly hid his cellphone in a trash can, pointed at a tanning bed, at a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Neiko reportedly admitted to recording a video of a nude patron using the tanning bed. He was taken into custody and held without bail.
