ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING REPORTED TRESPASS INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported trespass incident on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:25 p.m. the 31-year-old allegedly attempted to get into several vehicles in the driveway of a residence in the 200 block of Southeast Rifle Range Street. The suspect was detained by an off-duty deputy and detained prior to RPD’s arrival. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a vehicle and for a warrant. Bail was set at $7,500.
