Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Tuesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 2:30 a.m. the 56-year-old was contacted in the 800 block of Northeast Winchester Street. His camp was set up in the entryway of a closed business and was in violation of time, place and manner restrictions.

He was released after being given the citation.
