Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Saturday.
An RPD report said just after 10:30 a.m. the 47-year-old was contacted at a business in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He was allegedly going through a dumpster after being warned of trespass multiple times by employees. The man admitted to being on the property but said he had something to throw away and was not digging in the dumpster.
He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
