Roseburg Police added an additional charge Friday to a man that was already in jail.

An RPD report said a victim had reported that an unknown suspect had stolen a Ruger LCP .380 from the glove compartment of his vehicle. The firearm had already been recovered on October 27th when officers arrested 22-year-old Ty Keenan on an unrelated warrant. Friday night at 11:00 p.m. he was charged with first-degree theft by receiving. Bail on all charges is set at $10,000.
