ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR TRESPASS OUTSIDE OF A BUSINESS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for trespassing outside of a business early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 3:45 a.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old who was lying on the sidewalk by a store in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was within the city exclusion zone in which he has been trespassed from.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and a parole violation. He was detained on $1,250 bail.
