The Oregon State University Extension Service and Master Food Preservers will have a workshop about growing, preserving and blending teas.

The event is coming up on December 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Extension Officer on Southeast Douglas Avenue, next to the courthouse.

Master Gardeners will show attendees how to plan, grow, and harvest an herb garden. Then Master Food Preservers will discuss preservation methods, storage, and share some favorite tea blends.

Registration is required for each class participant. It must be completed by November 29th.
