AFTERNOON COMMUTE TWO-VEHICLE CRASH WEDNESDAY

Two vehicles collided in an afternoon commute crash on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 5:00 p.m. officers responded to the crash in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The investigation concluded that a driver was headed eastbound on Diamond Lake Boulevard in an SUV when a man in a Smart Car pulled out from a side street directly in front of the first vehicle.

The first vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver that caused the accident was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
