The Roseburg VA Healthcare System is holding a prescription drug take back event on Saturday.

It is happening on National Prescription Drug Take Back Day coordinated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Residents can turn in unneeded medication for safe disposal at the convenient drive-up event. Its happening from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Go to the drive-up canopy outside of Building 1 at the Roseburg VA Medical Center on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

Sharps will not be accepted at this event.
