Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 1:20 a.m. the 50-year-old was observed drinking a beer as she walked along the sidewalk in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man poured the beer out and was issued the citation.
