Douglas County Commissioners are holding the open house and dedication for The Wayne Stinson Emergency Management Center Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The facility is at 2646 Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg. Attendees can witness the official dedication, tour the building and training facility, meet the emergency management team and partners and more.

The center is named in honor of former Emergency Manager Wayne Stinson, as a token of appreciation for his 50 plus years of service to Douglas County.
