In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

The Umpqua Community College Fine and Performing Arts Department presents the Umpqua Chamber Orchestra and UCC Chamber Choir, under the direction of Dr. Jason Heald in concert on November 12th at 7:00 p.m. at the Whipple Fine Arts Center.

The concert will feature internationally renowned pianist Thomas Otten playing Mozart’s Piano Concerto #14. Otten made his debut at age 17 with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center. He has since developed a global profile through performances around the world.
