Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said shortly after 2:00 p.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old after a caller said he was trespassing at the Sleep Inn in the 2800 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard.  The man had previously been trespassed by officers earlier in the day and then returned to the property. He refused to leave, so he was taken into custody.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
