Roseburg Police cited three people for prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:15 p.m. officers contacted a 54-year-old man and a 46-year-old man at their camp near The Point, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Their camp was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were cited without incident.

At approximately 12:25 p.m. officers contacted a 41-year-old woman at her camp, which was in the same location. She had a tent pitched and her camp violated the ordinance as well. The woman was issued a citation.
