Roseburg Police cited 5 people for prohibited camping between Monday morning and early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said contacts were made at camps in the corner of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Renann Street, in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive, in the 200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, and in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. All those contacted were in violation of at least one portion of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were all released after their citations were issued.
