Roseburg Police cited 14 people for prohibited camping between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

An RPD report said the camps were located in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive, at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, at the corner of Southeast Cass Avenue and Southeast Rose Street, in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street, and at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street,

All those contacted were in violation of at least one portion of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were all released after their citations were issued.
