Sutherlin Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance on Friday night.
An SPD report said just after 8:40 p.m. 25-year-old Corbin Christy and a victim were allegedly involved in the incident at a motel in the 1400 block of Hospitality Way. Neighbors reported loud yelling and physical fighting. Christy opened the door and began yelling. He was detained but continued yelling. Christy is on probation with a no alcohol clause.
He reportedly spit on the inside window of the patrol vehicle. He was taken into custody and trespassed from the location. Christy was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, resisting arrest and a probation violation. Bail was set at $10,000.
