Roseburg Police cited a woman for third-degree theft following an incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly before 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the 34-year-old after she was allegedly seen on video stealing from Grocery Outlet in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman admitted to the theft and was released after the citation was issued.
