Roseburg Police cited a woman following an afternoon commute crash on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:20 p.m. officers responded to the 1600 block of Southeast Stephens Street after a caller said there had been a single-vehicle accident. The investigation concluded that the 21-year-old was driving southbound on Southeast Pine Street when she failed to merge to the right lane before the sharp left turn onto Southeast Stephens.

The woman crashed the sedan into the center median, damaging city owned landscaping. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene. The woman was cited for driving uninsured.
