A Sutherlin man was jailed by the Roseburg Police Department when he came to the Douglas County Courthouse early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:15 a.m. the 47-year-old arrived at corrections to bail someone out and was allegedly visibly under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. The man is on parole and his parole officer authorized a detainer. He was held without bail.
