High temperatures in the Umpqua Valley will be back to near seasonal norms for the next couple of days.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that Roseburg should see a high in the low to mid 70’s on Wednesday and Thursday. Maximum temperatures should warm to between the upper 70s and 80 degrees for Friday through Monday.
The normal high temperature for this part of October in Roseburg is 71 degrees. The mercury reached 83 degrees Tuesday at the Roseburg Regional Airport. That was shy of the record for October 8th, which was 88 degrees, set in 2023.
