A section of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard from Northwest Aviation Drive to Northeast Stephens Street in Roseburg will be closed to all traffic Tuesday night to complete pavement restoration work after installation of a 24-inch water transmission pipe.

A city release said that section of Edenbower Boulevard will close from 7:00 p.m. Tuesday to 7:00 a.m. Wednesday as contractors work to complete pavement repairs at the intersection of Edenbower Boulevard and Stephens Street.

Traffic control signs will be in place to detour motorists around the closure. Traffic moving east on Edenbower Boulevard will be required to detour onto Aviation Drive to access Stephens Street. Westbound traffic will be detoured around the closure using Northwest Stewart Parkway and Aviation Drive or by using Hooker Road to Aviation Drive.

Motorists are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone.
