Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged theft at a store on Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers contacted the 28-year-old after she was detained by loss prevention employees for allegedly shoplifting at Goodwill in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.  An investigation revealed that she had committed a theft.  The woman was charged with third-degree theft and a probation violation. Bail was set at $1,250.
