Douglas County Commissioners Chris Boice, Tim Freeman and Tom Kress are inviting the public to attend the open house and dedication ceremony for the Wayne Stinson Emergency Management Center on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

A county release said the newly remodeled building will be home to the Douglas County Emergency Management Department. It is located at 2646 Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

*Tour the new building and management facility

*Meet the Emergency Management team and local partners

*Discover the importance of emergency management

*Learn about local response, recovery and outreach

*Find out how to access trainings and resources
