The Umpqua Public Transit District Board of Directors will have a special meeting Monday morning at 9:30 a.m.

The board will review proposed standards, criteria, and policy for contracting an interim general manager, to ensure that it is in alignment with the organization’s mission. The board will go over the procedures that will used during the process.

An Executive Session has been scheduled to consider the employment of an officer, employee, staff member or agent. This portion of the meeting is not open to the public.

Other items are on the agenda as well. The meeting will be held at the UPTD office, at 3076 Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg.
