Umpqua Valley Fly Fishers and Fly-Fishing Veterans are presenting the Southern Oregon Fly Tying & Fishing Expo this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

The event features 60 fly tyers demonstrating their skills and art. There will be free interactive fly-casting sessions, beginner fly tying sessions and a fly-fishing simulator. There will also be silent auctions, raffles, exhibitors and food trucks.

Admission is $5 per adult or 2 nonperishable food items.
