Adapt Integrated Health Care has announced that CEO Dr. Greg Brigham will retire in May 2025, after forty-two years of service and over a decade at Adapt.

An Adapt release said during his tenure, Brigham has been a transformational leader, guiding the non-profit through significant growth and change, while consistently championing the agency’s mission of delivering comprehensive, integrated health care to the communities it serves.

The release said Dr. Brigham’s decision to retire is a personal one, made with the assurance that Adapt’s future remains bright and full of potential. Brigham said, “My time with Adapt has been incredibly fulfilling, and I remain passionate about our mission and the work we do”.

Adapt’s Board of Directors has engaged Boardwalk Consulting, a national executive search firm specializing in nonprofit leadership, to oversee the search for a new CEO. Sam Pettway, founding director of Boardwalk Consulting, will be leading the search and will begin his work by visiting Adapt later this month to meet with the leadership team and tour facilities.
