Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged prior harassment on Monday.

An RPD report said officers determined that the 50-year-old had physically harassed a victim on September 19th while they were involved in a minor road-rage-type incident.  At 1:50 p.m., the man was cited for harassment in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue.
