The 2024 Make a Difference Day-Douglas County will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Individuals or groups interested in volunteering can go to: https://makeadifferenceday.org/ and preview each of this year’s projects. Click on a project, which will then link to www.justserve.org. That site has all the details and opportunities to sign up as an individual, family or group.

The third annual local event has 25 projects that include helping at schools, and a variety of non-profit organizations around Douglas County for the three-hour period.
