ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED MENACING INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman following an alleged menacing incident on Monday.

An RPD report said the 46-year-old and a victim got into an argument near a business in the 2600 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway at approximately 7:40 p.m. The suspect allegedly began throwing the victim’s property onto the roadway while screaming at her. The woman then reportedly threatened the victim with a large knife before leaving on foot.

The suspect was located a short distance away. She was charged with menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.
