There has been no growth in the Homestead Complex in the last 24 hours.

An Umpqua National Forest update said 686 people are assigned to these fires. There are still many miles of uncontained fire edge. Firefighters are accessing and extinguishing hot spots and continue finding and suppressing spot fires outside of the main fires. Crews are also clearing and repairing roads impacted by the fires and by fire suppression activities to ensure continued success.

Fire updates:

*Horse Heaven Creek Fire: It is 2,741 acres and 56 percent contained.  Crews have recently found spot fires requiring additional work. Road clean up, chipping and log hauling is underway on the other flanks of the fire.

*Fuller Lake Fire: 3,690 acres and zero percent containment. The plan is to continue mopping up, chipping, road clearing, and locating additional control lines.

*No Man Fire: 2,090 acres and 44 percent contained. Crews are working near Chilcoot Mountain to suppress a persistent hot spot on the south flank.

Bullpup Fire: 535 acres and 7 percent containment. Crews are chipping and clearing culverts and ditches on the 200 road that is serving as the primary containment line.

Cooler weather with higher humidity will continue through the week, with periods of rainfall expected mid-week.
