Roseburg Police cited 13 people for prohibited camping between Friday morning and Sunday evening.

An RPD report said contacts were made in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Avenue, the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street, in Stewart Park on Northwest Stewart Parkway, at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, at Charles Gardiner Park in the 2400 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard, in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street, and in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.

All those cited were in violation of at least one part of the time, place and manner ordinance.
