Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged theft incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 4:20 p.m. the 46-year-old allegedly stole a gallon of milk from a business in the 2600 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The suspect then reportedly poured the milk on his own head. Officers located the man a short time later and placed him in custody.

He was charged with third-degree theft. Bail was set at $1,250.
