Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old after a caller said he was screaming and nude near a business in the 1200 block of West Harvard Avenue. The man had been reported three times previously for similar behavior, causing public alarm. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
