Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 7:40 a.m. officers contacted the 69-year-old in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard for urinating in public. He was found to have a serviceable warrant out of Salem Municipal Court. The man was taken into custody for the warrant. Bail was set at $2,500. He was released later in the day.
