ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR ALLEGED STORE BURGLARY

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged store burglary on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said just after 6:15 p.m. a business owner noticed that all the money from his store had been taken some time during the day. This was from a store in the 1400 block of Northeast Airport Road. The victim reviewed surveillance and observed a female, enter the store and steal money from the drawer. Officers reviewed the video and identified the woman as 32-year-old Sara Potter.

Potter was later arrested and charged with second-degree counts of burglary and theft. Other charges were added once Potter was in jail. She was detained on $10,000 bail.
