Roseburg Police cited a man 3 times for drinking in public between Friday and Saturday.

An RPD report said at 1:20 p.m. a 64-year-old was seen drinking a beer in front of a business in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers poured out the beer and issued a citation for the violation About twenty minutes later officers saw the same man again drinking a beer in the same location. Again, officers poured out the beer and issued him a second citation.

Saturday at approximately 12:15 p.m. the same man was spotted drinking a beer near a business in the 1300 block of Southeast Stephens Street. He was contacted and the beer was poured out. The man was issued his third citation for drinking in public.
