Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. the 62-year-old was contacted on US Cellular property on the outside of the fenced in cell tower in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man had a tent and some furniture set up, which is a violation of the time, place and manner ordinance.

He was warned of trespass, and instructed to move his camp off the property along with being given the citation.
