The Roseburg Police Department is investigating a missing person case.

Information on RPD’s Facebook page said that 70-year-old Mark Hanson of Azalea was last seen after being discharged from CHI Mercy Medical Center at around 4:00 p.m. on August 11th. Neither family nor neighbors have heard from Hanson since. He is reported to suffer from late-stage Alzheimer’s and anxiety. It is believed that he does not have his medication with him. Hanson does not have a vehicle.

Hanson is described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 250 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call RPD at 440-4471.
