One driver was hurt in a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:00 p.m. the 65-year-old was driving east in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard when she swerved her vehicle into oncoming traffic. Her sedan struck the driver side of a second vehicle, causing that vehicle to flip upside down. The first vehicle sustained front end damage while the second vehicle appeared to be totaled.

The driver who caused the accident was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. Based on witness statements, it appeared she may have had a medical issue, which caused her to swerve. Both vehicles were towed from the crash scene.
