Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance on Sunday.

An RPD report said just after 12:50 a.m. officers responded to the incident in the 500 block of West Agee Street. After an investigation it was determined that 41-year-old Nathan Ramirez had shoved a juvenile into a television set during an argument and held her down. A witness reportedly grabbed Ramirez and pulled him off the juvenile, falling to the floor with him. Ramirez allegedly got up and kicked the witness in the face multiple times before punching another juvenile in the face.

Officers took the suspect into custody without incident. He was charged with fourth-degree felony assault, and two counts of harassment. Ramirez was detained without bail.
