Umpqua Health has its Back-to-School Day Monday.

The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and offers a wide range of services to make sure children are ready and healthy for school. That includes:

*Free immunizations for students from preschool through college

*Free sports physicals which are required for school sports

In addition, free Wailani Shave Ice will be available while supplies last. School-related prizes will be given away, including backpacks and gift cards to local businesses.

Back-to-School Day is being held in the back parking lot of Umpqua Health’s Newton Creek clinic, at 3031 Northeast Stephens Street in Roseburg.
