Roseburg Police jailed a woman Thursday for a previous theft.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. the 35-year-old was contacted in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. She was taken into custody and charged with second-degree theft. The woman was detained without bail.
