ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a man following alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 1:30 p.m. officers responded to the 3100 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard after dispatch received four separate calls about a man throwing things into the road and/or being in the road causing drivers to have to swerve into a different lane. The 33-year-old admitted to drinking an alcoholic beverage, which was later found in the road near the location of the incidents.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and cited for drinking in public. Bail was set at $2,500.
