The seven fires making up the Homestead Complex, burning in the Umpqua National Forest, have increased to 4,387 acres with an overall containment of 14 percent.

A UNF update said the largest fire remains the 1,660 acre No Man Fire. Monday crews had good success with tactical fire operations inside established dozer line on the northern side of the fire.

The 1.369-acre Horse Heaven Creek Fire continues to show growth to the east but has not pushed up against any containment lines.

On both the 332-acre Fuller Lake and 413-acre Bullpup fires, engines continued to hold the fires along the road systems while heavy equipment constructed indirect line. The 244-acre Salmon 33 Fire has minimal movement. Fire personnel are focused on mop up and increased containment.
