Two vehicles got into a wreck on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon.
A Roseburg Police report said at 2:10 p.m. a 24-year-old Tenmile man was driving a pickup eastbound in the 700 block and looked down temporarily. When he looked back up, the traffic light was red. The driver of a sports car, a 42-year-old from Winston, was waiting for the red light.
The first driver did not have time to avoid crashing into the back of the second vehicle. The pickup sustained front-end damage and was towed from the scene. The sports car sustained back-end damage and was driven from the scene.
The driver that caused the accident was cited for following too closely.
